Every day, Chloé is at the heart of operations, ensuring the quality of security services and the satisfaction of 

Dussmann Luxembourg’s clients. Working directly with facilities and teams, she coordinates activities and oversees the proper implementation of security measures on-site. 

Her role revolves around three main areas: 

  • Managing client relationships and monitoring service delivery
  • Supervising and supporting teams of security officers
  • Handling unforeseen events with responsiveness and efficiency 
My role is to listen to the client, understand their needs, and ensure that the teams on the ground meet them in the best possible way.

On a daily basis, she prioritizes tasks based on emergencies and operational needs. Tracking cases, communicating with clients, coordinating teams: her responsibilities are varied and require a regular on-site presence to stay in tune with the realities on the ground. 

Her job relies on key skills: organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and responsiveness. In an environment where demands can change rapidly, her ability to adapt is essential to ensuring the continuity and reliability of the service. 

Her professional journey illustrates a path built on commitment. With a degree in law, she initially considered a career in law enforcement before turning to security. 

She joined Dussmann in 2018 as an agent and gradually moved into positions of greater responsibility until reaching her current role as supervisor. 

In an industry that remains predominantly male, she embodies a shift in mindset where skills and professionalism take precedence. Thanks to her leadership and expertise, she has earned the trust of her colleagues and established herself as a lasting asset. 

For Chloé, three words define her job:
