At Dussmann Luxembourg, we are deeply committed to sustainability, a commitment that has been recognized for over 10 years through the ESR label awarded by INDR. This label reflects our strong social and environmental responsibility, underlining our proactive approach to resource management, environmental protection, and the well-being of our employees.
Today, we are pursuing our quest for excellence with a number of initiatives. For example, we recently received the Vision Zero Occupational Health and Safety Award for the creation of our training room. This award testifies to our constant investment in the training and development of our teams, to ensure an optimal, stimulating and rewarding working environment for our employees.
These awards received over time reflect our corporate culture, which combines social responsibility, innovation and continuous improvement. Our sustainability policy has method
We know: Sustainability policy is not a one-off measure, it is an ongoing process. To organize, control and monitor this process, we have made our sustainability policy part of our integrated management system. This maps and structures all the methods and instruments we develop in the areas of quality, health protection, occupational safety and environmental protection.
In doing so, we adhere closely to international environmental, energy and quality standards. Our integrated management system is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. And, of course, we also like to be measured by the satisfaction of our employees, business contacts and clients.
