Benoît began his career as a mason before joining Dussmann for temporary assignments.
In November 1996, he signed his contract and started in the day team, working across all sites. A few months later, he became site manager, then returned to the day team to service machines and take on the role of inspector. Between 2012 and 2013, he worked as a trainer, and in 2014, he was trained to become a designated worker. Since then, he has continued in this role while also acting as an advisor on machines and construction sites, bringing his expertise to assist teams as needed.
His profession requires passion, versatility, and rigor.
Benoît ensures the safety and proper functioning of the machines, guarantees their optimal operation, and intervenes in case of anomalies.
As a trainer, he shares best safety practices, reminds teams of essential procedures, and guides them to ensure work is carried out under the best conditions.
