A stronger commitment to sustainable cooking!

A new committee for sustainable solutions and a positive impact on our planet.

We are delighted to announce the creation of our new steering committee dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of our responsible and sustainable initiatives.

 

 In particular, this working group will enable us to quantify the environmental impact of the actions implemented within our Dussmann Catering company.

This project is supported by the #Fit4Sustainability programme, which encourages companies to adopt sustainable practices.

 

The committee's objectives are to:

 

  • Reduce our carbon footprint
  • Promote responsible practices
  • Offer collective catering solutions that respect our planet
  • Achieve this by using innovative methods and tools.

 

To help us on this journey, we are fortunate to be working with a sustainability professional, Sandrine Grumberg, accredited by Luxinnovation GIE.

Her mission will be to identify opportunities for improvement, guide our transformation and ensure the implementation of sustainable solutions at various pilot sites before rolling out the approach across the board.

 

We look forward to sharing with you the key stages of this ambitious project and our progress.
